Lower body deep release working into the hips, pelvis, legs and feet to reduce pain and tension and optimise freedom of movement and strength. This yin workshop will incorporate trigger point release techniques, long-held supported stretches and pranayama techniques. Each student will walk away with an accessible understanding of lower body anatomy, how to maintain health in this region, and the Traditional Chinese Medicine approach to healing.
